This was a yummy recipe. A fairly traditional granola. Nothing out of the ordinary. It made quite a bit though, and will last a while.
Coconut Berry Granola
4 Cups Oats
1/2 C. Melted Coconut Oil
1 C. Sweetened Coconut
6 oz. Dried Mixed Berries
Preheat oven to 375
Combine the oats, coconut oil, and coconut flakes in a bowl. Stir well and pat into a 13×9 pan.
Bake for 25 minutes. Remove and flip with a spatula. Bake another 10 minutes.
Let cool then stir in the berries.
